For those who know me and follow the blog regularly, you’ll all know I am a fan of mobile and new ways to reach your potential audience. But you’ll also know I am sceptical of mobile apps for hotels. There are some great ones out there. But honestly, if you’re a large chain like IHG then your fine. If you’re an independent hotel or a small collection, there is less value. What can be a costly thing to develop will deliver small return. Make your website mobile first. That’s my advice.
